Section 206(2)

In Schedule 1 to the Serious Crime Act 2007 (offences which are serious offences for purposes of serious crime prevention orders)— in Part 1 (serious offences in England and Wales), in paragraph 7, after sub-paragraph (2) insert— An offence under section 199 of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 (failure to prevent fraud offences). in Part 1A (serious offences in Scotland), in paragraph 16J, after sub-paragraph (1) insert— An offence under section 199 of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 (failure to prevent fraud offences). in Part 2 (serious offences in Northern Ireland), in paragraph 23, after sub-paragraph (2) insert— An offence under section 199 of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 (failure to prevent fraud offences).
