Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 · United Kingdom
No regulations may be made under subsection (1) bringing into force any of the following provisions, so far as they extend to Scotland, unless the Secretary of State has consulted the Scottish Ministers— Schedule 9, and section 180 so far as it relates to that Schedule.
