Section 219(7)

No regulations may be made under subsection (1) bringing into force any of the following provisions, so far as they extend to Northern Ireland, unless the Secretary of State has consulted the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland— Schedule 9, other than paragraphs 6(7), 10 and 11, and section 180 so far as it relates to that Schedule, other than paragraphs 6(7), 10 and 11.
