Schedule 10, Part 1, paragraph 12

In section 43 (destroying or falsifying documents), after subsection (1) insert— A person is not guilty of an offence under subsection (1) by reason of any act or omission in relation to which the CMA has proceeded against the person under section 40ZE(1).
