In section 26 (investigations: powers to require documents and information), subsection (3) is amended as follows. In the words before paragraph (a) omit “indicate”. In paragraph (a), at the beginning insert “indicate”. For paragraph (b) substitute— include information about the possible consequences of failing to comply with the notice.
