Schedule 10, Part 1, paragraph 3

In section 26A (investigations: power to ask questions), subsection (5) is amended as follows. In the words before paragraph (a) omit “indicate”. In paragraph (a), at the beginning insert “indicate”. For paragraph (b) substitute— include information about the possible consequences of failing to comply with the notice.
