In section 40ZD (information relating to transferred EU anti-trust commitments and transferred EU anti-trust directions), subsection (3) is amended as follows. The words from “indicates the subject matter” to the end become paragraph (a). After that paragraph insert , and includes information about the possible consequences of failing to comply with the notice.
