Schedule 10, Part 2, paragraph 21

Section 115 (recovery of penalties) is amended as follows. In the words before paragraph (a), for “(3)” substitute “(1A)”. In the words after paragraph (b), for “the CMA” in both places it occurs substitute “the appropriate authority”.
