Schedule 10, Part 3, paragraph 29(9)

Before subsection (7) insert— The Secretary of State may by regulations amend subsection (4)(a) and (b) by substituting for either or both of the sums for the time being specified in those paragraphs such other sum or sums as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.
