In paragraph (3), in the words before sub-paragraph (a), after “31D(1) to (6)” insert “, 35C”. In paragraph (3A), after “31D(1) to (6)” insert “, 35C”. In paragraph (6), in sub-paragraph (b), after “31D(1) to (6)” insert “, 35C”. Omit paragraph (7).
