In paragraph 41, in sub-paragraph (4)— in the opening words, for “a Schedule 13 enforcer” substitute “an authorised enforcer for the purposes of Part 4 of this Schedule (see paragraph 20(7))”; in paragraph (a) for “Schedule 13 infringement” substitute “relevant infringement (as defined by paragraph 20(8))”.
