Schedule 18, paragraph 2

Schedule 15D to the Companies Act 1985 is amended as follows. In paragraph 20— for “Part 8 of the Enterprise Act 2002” substitute “Chapter 3 or 4 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024”; for “that Part” substitute “that Chapter”. In paragraph 27 for “section 230(2) of the Enterprise Act 2002” substitute “section 171(2) of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024”.
