In paragraph 10— omit “regulation 19(1) or (1A) of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/1277);”; at the appropriate place insert— section 231(1), (2) or (3) of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
