In Northern Ireland— a contract between a water undertaker and a consumer for the supply of water pursuant to Article 94 of the Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 (S.I. 2006/3336 (N.I. 21)); a contract between a sewerage undertaker and a consumer for the supply of sewerage services pursuant to Chapter 3 of Part 6 of that Order.
