Schedule 22, paragraph 6

A contract for the supply of a premium rate service by a person who is bound, in relation to the supply of that service, by conditions set by OFCOM under section 120 of the Communications Act 2003. In sub-paragraph (1), “premium rate service” has the meaning given by section 120(7) of the Communications Act 2003.
