In Part 2 of Schedule 15 (enactments etc in respect of which disclosure may be made)— at the end of the list insert— The following provisions of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024— Part 3; Chapter 1 of Part 4; Chapter 2 of Part 5. omit the entry for subordinate legislation made for the purpose of securing compliance with Directive 2005/29/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 May 2005 concerning unfair business-to-consumer commercial practices in the internal market.
