In section 59 of the Coal Industry Act 1994 (information to be kept confidential by the Coal Authority), in subsection (4)— omit paragraph (q); after paragraph (t) insert— the following provisions of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024— Part 3; Chapter 1 of Part 4; Chapter 2 of Part 5.
