Schedule 30, Part 1, paragraph 31

In section 60(9) of the Legal Services Act 2007 (duties of the CMA), in the words before paragraph (a)— after “apply”, in the first place it occurs, insert “, as they had effect immediately before the date on which section 143 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 came into force,”; for “apply”, in the second place it occurs, substitute “applied immediately before that date”.
