Schedule 30, Part 1, paragraph 7

In section 74 of the Airports Act 1986 (restriction on disclosure of information), in subsection (3)— omit paragraph (v); after paragraph (y) insert— the following provisions of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024— Part 3; Chapter 1 of Part 4; Chapter 2 of Part 5.
