Schedule 30, Part 1, paragraph 9

In section 174 of the Water Act 1989 (general restrictions on disclosure of information), in subsection (3)— omit paragraph (lp); after paragraph (o) insert— the following provisions of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024— Part 3; Chapter 1 of Part 4; Chapter 2 of Part 5.
