Schedule 30, Part 2, paragraph 39(2)

In paragraph (3), in the words before sub-paragraph (a)— after “shall apply,” insert “as they had effect immediately before the relevant date and”; for “apply”, in the second place it occurs, substitute “applied immediately before that date”.
