In Article 265 (restrictions on disclosure of information), in paragraph (5)— omit sub-paragraph (s); after sub-paragraph (t) insert— the following provisions of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024— Part 3; Chapter 1 of Part 4; Chapter 2 of Part 5.
