In paragraph 19 (beginning of limitation or prescriptive period), after sub-paragraph (6) insert— This paragraph applies in respect of a competition claim within paragraph 2(2)(b) as if— in sub-paragraph (2), paragraph (c) (but not the “, and” at the end of it) were omitted; in sub-paragraph (3), paragraph (b) (and the “and” before it) were omitted; sub-paragraph (4) were omitted.
