Schedule 4, paragraph 6(5)

In subsection (6A), for the words from “amend” to the end substitute — substitute a new sum for the sum for the time being mentioned in subsection (3E)(c); amend the conditions mentioned in subsections (3C), (3D), (3E)(b) and (3F).
