Schedule 5, paragraph 11

In Chapter 4 of Part 3 of EA 2002 (mergers: enforcement), section 73 (undertakings in lieu of references under section 22 or 33) is amended as follows. In the heading, for “section 22, 33” substitute “section 22(1), 33(1)”. In subsection (1), for “section 22 or 33” substitute “section 22(1) or 33(1)”.
