Schedule 16 to the Energy Act 2023 (mergers of completed energy network enterprises) is amended as follows. Omit paragraphs 5 and 6 (amendments to sections 22 and 33 of EA 2002). Omit paragraph 14(2) (amendment to section 74(1) of EA 2002).
