Schedule 7, Part 2, paragraph 9(2)

A foreign power holds a right “indirectly” if the foreign power has any stake in a person and that person— holds that right, or is part of a chain of persons— each of which (other than the last) has any stake in the person immediately below it in the chain, and the last of which holds that right.
