Schedule 8, paragraph 15

Section 174C (section 174B: supplementary provision) is amended as follows. In subsection (3), in paragraph (b), for “under section 154 instead of making such a reference” substitute “fully in lieu of a reference under section 154A”. In subsection (5), for “154” substitute “154A”.
