Schedule 8, paragraph 3

Section 133A (functions to be exercised by CMA groups) is amended as follows. In subsection (1), after paragraph (b) insert— section 154A, so far as relating to undertakings in lieu of a report; In subsection (2), before paragraph (a) insert— section 154A, so far as relating to undertakings in lieu of a report;
