Schedule 8, paragraph 6

Section 140 (intervention notices under section 139(1)) is amended as follows. In subsection (5), in paragraph (za), for “under section 154” to the end substitute “fully in lieu of a reference under section 154A”. In subsection (6A), for “154” substitute “154A”.
