Schedule 9, paragraph 2

Section 133A (functions to be exercised by CMA groups) is amended as follows. In subsection (1)— in paragraph (a), for “138B” substitute “137”; after that paragraph insert— sections 138 to 138B so far as relating to an adverse effect on competition in respect of which the CMA is required to take action in accordance with section 138(2) within the period permitted by section 138A(1); after paragraph (f) insert— section 161C; In subsection (2), after paragraph (c) insert— section 162B;
