Schedule 9, paragraph 7

Section 167 (rights to enforce undertakings and orders under Part 4) is amended as follows. In subsection (1)— the words from “any” to the end become paragraph (a); after that paragraph insert ; any undertaking accepted, or order made, under section 161C. In subsection (5), for “enforcement undertaking or enforcement order” substitute “undertaking or order to which this section applies”. In subsection (6), for “enforcement undertaking or an enforcement order” substitute “undertaking or order to which this section applies”. In subsection (9), for “enforcement undertaking or an enforcement order” substitute “undertaking or order to which this section applies”.
