Schedule 9, paragraph 8

Section 167A (enforcement of enforcement undertakings and orders: imposition of penalties) (inserted by paragraph 18 of Schedule 11) is amended as follows. In the heading, after “orders” insert “etc”. In subsection (1)— the words “an enforcement undertaking or enforcement order” become paragraph (a); after that paragraph insert ; any undertaking accepted, or order made, under section 161C.
