Schedule 9, paragraph 9

In section 167B (penalties under section 167A: amount) (inserted by paragraph 18 of Schedule 11), subsection (5)(b) is amended as follows. The words “the enforcement undertaking or enforcement order” become sub-paragraph (i). After that sub-paragraph insert , or the undertaking accepted, or order made, under section 161C.
