Section 138(5)

For the purposes of this section the sectoral enactments are— the Civil Aviation Act 2012; the Health and Social Care Act 2012; the Transport Act 2000; the Chiropractors Act 1994; the Railways Act 1993; the Osteopaths Act 1993; the Water Industry Act 1991; the Broadcasting Act 1990; the Electricity Act 1989; the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988; the Gas Act 1986; the Patents Act 1977; the Registered Designs Act 1949; the Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 (S.I. 2006/3336 (N.I. 21)); the Gas (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (S.I. 1996/275 (N.I. 2)); the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 (S.I. 1992/231 (N.I. 1)).
