Section 150(1)

A commercial practice meets the specified prohibition condition for the purposes of section 148 as it applies for the purposes of Chapter 3 if the commercial practice is— in breach of an enactment listed in Part 1 of Schedule 15 (to the extent specified), or in breach of an obligation or rule of law listed in Part 2 of that Schedule.
