Section 151(1)

Each of the following is a public designated enforcer for the purposes of this Chapter— the CMA; every local weights and measures authority in Great Britain; the Department for the Economy in Northern Ireland; the Civil Aviation Authority; the Financial Conduct Authority; the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority; the Department of Health in Northern Ireland; the Department for Infrastructure in Northern Ireland; the Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation; an enforcement authority within the meaning of section 120(15) of the Communications Act 2003 (regulation of premium rate services); the Information Commissioner; the Maritime and Coastguard Agency; the Office of Communications; the Office of Rail and Road; the Office for the Traffic Commissioner; the Secretary of State; the Water Services Regulation Authority.
