Section 169(3)

The “minimum period” is— in the case of an enforcement order or an online interface order, 14 days beginning with the day on which the notice under subsection (2)(a) is given; in the case of an interim enforcement order or an interim online interface order, 7 days beginning with the day on which the notice under subsection (2)(a) is given.
