Section 181(2)

The condition in this subsection is met in respect of the respondent if the CMA has reasonable grounds to believe that— the respondent has engaged, is engaging or is likely to engage in a commercial practice constituting a relevant infringement (“the infringing practice”), or the respondent is an accessory to such a practice.
