Section 205

The Secretary of State may by regulations amend any of the following provisions for the purpose of substituting a different monetary amount for an amount of fixed or daily penalty for the time being specified— section 158(5); section 168(3)(a) and (b); section 182(6); section 190(3)(a) and (b); section 193(3)(a) and (b); section 198(4). Before making regulations under this section the Secretary of State must consult such persons as the Secretary of State considers appropriate. Regulations under this section are subject to the affirmative procedure.
