In section 93 (enforcement of secondary ticketing provisions in Chapter 5 of Part 3)— after subsection (2) insert— The Competition and Markets Authority may also enforce the provisions of this Chapter. in subsection (3) for “and (2)” substitute “, (2) and (2A)”.
