Section 242(3)

The Secretary of State may by regulations amend section 232(7) (rights of redress: prohibited practices) so as to— add further commercial practices that are unfair under this Chapter to the list of prohibited practices; remove from the list of prohibited practices any commercial practices that have been added by regulations.
