Section 257(3)

The trader must ensure that the information mentioned in subsection (4) is given to a consumer— in writing and in such a way that the consumer is not required to take any steps to read the information, other than the steps the consumer must take to enter into the contract, and in accordance with any other requirement specified in regulations under section 277(1)(a).
