Section 265(4)

In subsection (3)— in paragraph (a), “concessionary period” means a period of time mentioned in section 254(3)(a), and in paragraph (b), the “12-month period” means the period of 12 months beginning with the day before the day on which the consumer became liable for the renewal payment.
