Section 291(11)

In this section “judge” includes— a member of a tribunal, a justice of the peace or, in Northern Ireland, a lay magistrate, a clerk or other officer entitled to exercise the jurisdiction of a court or tribunal, and a holder of any other public office with functions of a judicial nature.
