Section 295(3)

Regulations under subsection (2) may, in particular— provide for an entry in Part 1 of Schedule 25 to apply to a specified person or to any person of a specified description; provide for an entry in Part 2 of that Schedule to apply to a specified scheme or any scheme of a specified description; limit the scope of the exemption given to a person by virtue of an entry in Part 1 or 2 of that Schedule, whether in relation to carrying out ADR or making special ADR arrangements (or both).
