Section 295(5)

Subject to any limitation on its scope provided for by Schedule 25— an exemption given to a person by virtue of an entry in Part 1 of that Schedule covers anything done by the person in the exercise of the person’s functions that would otherwise be prohibited, and an exemption given to a person by virtue of an entry in Part 2 of that Schedule covers anything done under or for the purposes of an exempted redress scheme that would otherwise be prohibited.
