Section 296(4)

An accredited ADR provider may apply to the Secretary of State for their accreditation to be varied by the addition, variation or removal of— any limitation affecting the descriptions of ADR or special ADR arrangements (as the case may be) covered by the accreditation, or any condition on the accreditation.
