Section 300(1)

The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision about the following descriptions of fees, namely— fees to be paid by applicants for accreditation under section 296(1); fees to be paid by applicants for the variation of their accreditation under section 296(5); fees to be paid by accredited ADR providers under section 299(1).
