Section 303(2)

Regulations under this section may impose requirements on— accredited ADR providers, exempt ADR providers, persons (not being accredited or exempt ADR providers) who carry out ADR under special ADR arrangements, persons who have been, but are no longer, within paragraph (a), (b) or (c), regulators, but only in relation to relevant ADR information (see section 306(2)).
